Too often people who have brought shame upon themselves, take their own life.
Too many people are bullied to death.
Too many people suffer from being different.
I’m imagining a refuge that becomes so well-known that everyone knows it is an option for them, a way out.
A “nation” where all such people can hide from the world, and live a simple, peaceful, quiet life, where nobody is judged by their past deeds.
Probably not a place for criminal fugitives, and probably not a place for anyone with a violent past.
A place of forgiveness in spirit. A place to be reborn.
