Chicken Not Chicken

Yet another restaurant idea…

I got to thinking that everyone, except for vegetarians and vegans, eats chickens. It isn’t taboo like pork, or belching into the environment like beef and sheep, or cute like goats.

So, why not celebrate that meat – that is also so cheap it is amazingly how much we value the life of an animal – by having a chicken only restaurant, but with a vegan version of each dish to make it all inclusive.

Curry
Roast
Sub
Nuggets

So, 6 meals to choose from – chicken or vegan – with a variety of sides. Keeping the menu tight means not much space needed in the bain-maries.

Something for everyone, literally.
