It helps when you feel it is most likely that we live in a simulation and we have no free will…
Don’t think, just do. Don’t feel, just be.
That sounds like terrible advice. And it is, so don’t take it literally. Of course you need to think, and of course you want to feel. The advice is about attitude:
Don’t over think – it gets you nowhere.
Marriage is a great example. You will never really know how much your partner loves you, and what they really feel. For them it could be convenience, or a compromise, or a million other complicated reasons they don’t even realise or understand.
I’m on a mission to end global inequality. There is a strong chance it is because I can’t stand walking past beggars.
Try not to think about things too much, if it cannot provide a result. Such thinking ruins things.
Are you happy with your marriage? Then enjoy it. The moment you start questioning how real that happiness is, the spell can break.
Are you doing good in the world? Don’t question your deep-down psychological motivation. Just do.
Don’t be so conscious of feelings.
Possibly the greatest skill there is, is not thinking. We know that meditation is powerful, and not too difficult in the right environment. But how about at work if someone walks up to you and says it is really important, your life depends on it, that you do not think of the number 6 for the next 30 minutes?
With magick, the art is to influence something according to your will, but the trick is not to consciously try to make it work. It is incredibly hard to pull off. To really try and make something happen, without trying at all.
Regular magicians use techniques like ritual, sleep deprivation, starvation, drugs, alcohol and sex to achieve a state where that is possible. It can work.
Chaos magicians skip all that and just do. It is really, really difficult (until it isn’t).
That’s a zone where you can feel without seeking a feeling, and to accept a feeling without questioning it.
Imagine being so immersed in activity that a chronic pain you live with goes away for the duration. Be like that, always, in a relaxed way.
